The location is fantastic, with a gorgeous view of the bay, and while the rooms could use some updates, mine was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast quality wasn’t impressive, and the staff could have been friendlier. Overall, a decent stay with potential for improvement.

Serene nights at the bay
Waking up to a stunning view of Pensacola Bay was a delightful surprise. The outdoor pool and family-friendly atmosphere made it feel like home!
Unfortunately, our room’s bathroom had persistent plumbing issues, and housekeeping overlooked some necessities on one day of our stay.

We really loved the private beach area where our kids could enjoy the gentle bay for swimming. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, and the breakfast had some tasty options to keep us going for our busy days. Plus, the staff made our accommodations pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us!
In my kids’ opinion, the hotel could vastly improve by offering more breakfast options for a variety of tastes.

Quality Inn provided a pleasant stay during my business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities that catered well to my work needs. The location is convenient, being just a short drive from Pensacola Beach, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of options like fresh fruit and pastries.
The only downside was the lack of soundproofing, which occasionally disrupted my work.

The King Room was decent. Bed was comfy, and the AC was solid. The room definitely had a bit of an old feel, but it was clean enough. I liked having a small fridge to stash snacks. Just wish they had done a better job with maintenance since I found a dead bug. Not a huge deal, but still kinda gross. It's really great that you can walk out to the pool or private beach from the room, though!

Had a great trip with friends! We visited the Museum of Commerce and enjoyed the Pensacola Opera Center. The private beach was lovely, and the breakfast had a decent variety with hot waffles. The location is perfect for beach access and exploring nearby attractions. I’d recommend checking in early to avoid wait times at the front desk.
The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in our room. We could hear noises from the hallway, which was a bit distracting at times.

The stay highlighted a lovely location right on the water. The pool was a decent size but had some cleanliness issues. Dining options included excellent Italian pasta, but the overall infrastructure feels outdated, and the added hotel fee felt unnecessary. Given the high point cost for the room, expectations weren't met.
